New feature
A real ticket queue, on the same screen as your signage
Show the current ticket number and which counter is serving it on one half of the screen, while the other half keeps playing your regular playlist.
Start for freeWorks without internet
The TV itself arbitrates the queue: if the connection drops, counters keep requesting and calling tickets normally. It syncs back up on its own once the signal returns.
Configurable service counters
Set up as many counters as you need, each with its own username and password or PIN, and assign each one the ticket categories it serves.
Categories with their own numbering
Define categories with a prefix (e.g. "V" for "VIP customers") and digit count, with a daily or manual reset — plus an optional cap to match a physical roll of pre-printed tickets.
Breaks that don’t skew the stats
A counter can go "on break" without that time counting toward service time — it’s still logged separately, to track how often and how long staff paused.
Several screens, one queue
One screen runs the queue and any others can be set up as mirrors, showing the exact same calls — ideal for large waiting rooms.
Reports by queue, category and counter
See how many tickets were served, average service time, and breaks, broken down by queue, by category, or by counter/operator.
How does staff use it?
Each counter signs in with a username and password (or PIN) from the browser of a tablet or PC on the same network as the TV — no app to install. From there they call the next ticket, repeat the current call, release a ticket taken by mistake, or go on break.
Highlight and sound on every new call
On the TV, the just-called ticket is highlighted and plays a configurable sound, while the last 5 calls from every counter stay visible — so nobody misses being called.
Built to keep working through an outage
Unlike a queue system that depends entirely on a server out on the internet, here the TV itself runs the operation locally over WiFi: if the connection drops, nobody stops getting served.
